Job Title: Geotechnical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Geotechnical Specialist to join our engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have strong civil engineering fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and experience in geotechnical investigation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft scope of work for field/lab testing agencies, including borehole number, depth, and test types as per codes.
  • Coordinate with field teams to resolve technical queries and suggest changes during site execution.
  • Review and summarize borehole data to assist structural design and foundation decisions.
  • Prepare detailed Geotechnical Interpretation Reports, including safe bearing capacity, pile capacity, soil spring constants, liquefaction analysis, and soil-structure interaction.
  • Secure approval of reports from authorities, proof checkers, and other stakeholders.
  • Review field tests, such as pile load tests and plate load tests.
  • Support pre-bid engineering and represent the firm in technical meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in geotechnical investigation/reporting.
  • Strong civil engineering fundamentals and site coordination skills.
  • Proficient in preparing design summaries and technical documentation.
  • Effective communicator and team player.
