Job Title: Senior Resort Engineer

The role of the Senior Resort Engineer is to provide strategic leadership and oversight to engineering teams across multiple resorts. The position requires a strong technical background in building systems and expertise in CMMS tools.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Engineering Policy Development: Develop and standardize engineering policies that promote a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement.
  • Capital Project Management: Lead projects including renovations and new builds, setting benchmarks and KPIs for property-level engineering teams.
  • Maintenance & Operations: Oversee preventive maintenance programs ensuring optimal functioning of MEP systems, and coordinate with resort teams to resolve issues swiftly.
  • Energy Conservation & Sustainability: Drive energy conservation initiatives, implementing sustainable practices aligned with global hospitality standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance across all properties through audits and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Team Development & Management: Recruit, train, and mentor engineering teams, promoting a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement.
  • Budgeting & Financial Management: Manage annual engineering budgets, approving expenditures for maintenance and capital projects.
">Qualifications:
  • BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering required.
  • Advanced certifications in facility or energy management preferred.
  • 15+ years in hospitality engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
