Key Responsibilities:- Design and Technical Support: Collaborate with architects and interior designers to translate design concepts into structural reality, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in preparing project schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates, taking into account factors such as site conditions, materials, and labor costs.
- Site Supervision and Execution: Supervise site works, overseeing the implementation of construction plans and ensuring design intent and quality standards are met.
- Quality and Safety: Implement quality control procedures for construction materials and ensure safety practices are followed at construction sites, minimizing risks and hazards to personnel and equipment.
- Quantity and Cost Control: Prepare and verify material quantities for procurement, checking contractor bills for payment processing and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Client and Team Communication: Assist in explaining technical details to clients, acting as a bridge between office design teams and on-site execution teams, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
