This is a key position that requires excellent leadership skills, technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, and experience managing construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving minor design and technical details in collaboration with contractors and architects, ensuring high standards of workmanship, and maintaining accurate records of materials, labour, and progress on site.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, including resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with contractors and architects to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, labour, and progress on site, using tools such as spreadsheets and project management software.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders, including charts, emails, and reports.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and manage site logistics, including equipment and resources.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and at least 2 years' experience in a similar position. You must also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
