Project Coordinator

A dynamic and proactive Project Coordinator is required to work closely with senior project managers.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination and execution of industrial construction projects by preparing reports, charts, and project documentation in support of senior project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate design and engineering between different disciplines, including clash checks for PEB, civil works, piping, ducts, and openings.
  • Develop preliminary schedules, bar charts, catch-up plans, and look-ahead schedules.
  • Assist in cost estimating, tendering processes, and tender documentation.
  • Expedite and follow up on submissions, resolving bottlenecks proactively.
  • Track and report potential or actual project conflicts to the project manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) or Master's in Construction/Project Management (M. Tech in CPM).
  • 2-4 years of experience in project or construction management within consultancy or construction organizations.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in industrial construction projects.
  • Basic understanding of cost estimation, tendering, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in preparing schedules, bar charts, and project tracking tools.
