As a Post-Close Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of construction documents within our system. This position requires a meticulous individual who can review and update documents to meet set standards.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills to interact with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors. They will also be responsible for maintaining and updating construction budget details while assigning inspection orders to nearby inspectors and tracking their acceptance and scheduling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and updating construction documents in our system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintaining and updating construction budget details.
  • Assigning inspection orders to nearby inspectors and tracking their acceptance and scheduling.
  • Communicating with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors via calls and emails.
  • Coodinating with stakeholders to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Scheduling and managing site inspections with field inspectors.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail in reviewing documentation and identifying gaps.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and inspectors.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in US mortgage documents review process is essential.
