We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Director of Product Management. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of new features and solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap, and driving business results through data-driven decision making.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points, and use this knowledge to inform the product roadmap and feature development.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, and test new features and solutions, ensuring that they meet the required quality standards.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, using Agile methodologies and tools to ensure timely delivery and minimal risk.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure that the product roadmap aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, product managers, developers, and customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer experience platforms or related fields.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and features, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform product decisions.
