Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales and revenue growth targets through effective account management and business development activities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results in project management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in customer experience.
- Proven experience in Account Management and Customer Experience with a track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strong sales and business development skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Project Management expertise with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in B2B customer service with a strong understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
