Job Description:

The key function of this role is to manage customer orders in a way that reinforces our company's position as a valued commercial partner and leading supplier of axial impellers.

Responsibilities include handling orders from customers, managing sales solutions, coordinating with production and logistics, and addressing any issues or complaints.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, high levels of enthusiasm and persistence, and the ability to work independently and proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Account management
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Understand customer application requirements and suggest suitable products.
  • Manage End-to-End Sales solution and customer support cycle.
  • Technical and Commercial agreements with customers.
  • Coordinating orders with production and logistics.
  • Addressing and resolving any issues and customer complaints.
  • Understanding technical drawings and releasing their BOM in the ERP system reporting & maintaining data in ERP system.
  • To perform ad-hoc activities/projects assigned by the management.

Requirements:

A solid technical background with an Mechanical engineering degree is required for this role.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this position.

High level of enthusiasm and persistence in pursuing goals is also necessary.

Additionally, this role requires highly structured, analytical, fact & details oriented individuals who can work autonomously and be visionary, innovative, proactive, and self-motivated.
