Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Analyst to ensure the smooth operation of our order management processes.

  • This role requires an individual with excellent communication and organizing skills to manage orders efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dealing with order entry processes and managing deliveries according to service level agreements.
  • The successful candidate will provide timely support to clients and internal production teams, handle client meetings through audio/webex conferences, and drive their team towards agreed individual KPIs.
  • They will also create and analyze reports on track status, issues, and risks, and report major risks and issues to project leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a graduate degree with at least 6 years of experience is required for this position.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel and Word.
