University Application Coordinator

This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for managing the entire application journey for students applying to top universities worldwide. Your job will involve evaluating student profiles and recommending suitable programs/universities based on their academic and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage university applications across multiple countries, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable programs/universities.
- Guide students on documentation, eligibility, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in drafting SOPs, resumes, LORs, and academic materials that showcase students' strengths and achievements.
- Upload verified documents to CRM/university portals with precision.
- Liaise with international universities and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a hassle-free experience for students.
- Maintain trackers and provide weekly reports to highlight bottlenecks to management.
- Fresher with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong grasp of international admissions processes and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and document management.
