About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to play a crucial role in analyzing financial activities and providing valuable insights to upper management.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting & Reporting: Develop and manage budgets, create financial reports, and analyze variances to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Cost Control & Profitability: Identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Tax & Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and stay up-to-date on changes that may impact our business.
  • Accounting & Audits: Oversee accounting processes, prepare financial statements, and coordinate audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Cost Center Management: Manage cost centers, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation to minimize waste.
  • Government Grants Management: Administer government grants within finance scope, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing funding opportunities.
  • Financial Meeting Leadership: Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and align on future plans.
  • Deliver Reports and Metrics: Provide timely and actionable reports to leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher: In finance or related field, such as accounting, economics, or business administration.
  • 10+ Years of Relevant Experience: In finance, accounting, or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other tools to effectively communicate and analyze data.
  • Detail-Oriented and Analytical: Ability to critically evaluate information, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
