We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to assume the role of Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee all aspects of accounting operations, drive financial performance, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.\
  • Oversee key financial functions, including vendor payments, accounts receivables, and bank reconciliations.\
  • Lead all taxation, statutory compliance, and audit-related activities, implementing robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data accuracy.\
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the accounts team.\
  • Act as a key point of contact for financial matters within the organization.\
  • Requirements: \
    • \
    • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with proven expertise in managing full-cycle accounting operations.\
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control, as well as expertise in statutory compliance, taxation, and audit requirements.\
    • Proven ability to lead and supervise a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\

      • Prior experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is highly desirable.\
      • Hands-on experience with financial management software or ERP systems.\
      • Knowledge of global financial processes and cross-border transactions.\
