Job Description
">We are seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Manager to bridge the gap between marketing and sales, driving performance and alignment through effective content, training, and tool management.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and maintain sales content, including presentations, case studies, and product sheets, in collaboration with marketing.
- Create and update sales playbooks to support reps with strategies and scripts throughout the sales process.
- Design and implement training programs to onboard and upskill the sales team on product knowledge, tools, and best practices.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless content alignment and sales strategy.
- Oversee and optimize sales enablement tools, such as CRM and content management platforms, and train reps on their use.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and continuously optimize based on feedback.
Qualifications:
">- At least 8 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing alignment.
- Experience with sales enablement tools, such as CRM and content management systems.
- Excellent communication, training, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring sales enablement impact.
