CSR Lead

We are seeking a visionary CSR Lead to spearhead our fundraising and partnership efforts in the K-12 education segment. The ideal candidate will design, execute, and scale initiatives focused on enabling access to quality education for underprivileged children, strengthen relationships with corporate CSR partners, and create sustainable models of impact through school-based programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fundraising & Partnerships:
    • Develop and implement a robust fundraising strategy aligned with the mission of our organization.
    • Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with corporate CSR heads, foundations, NGOs, and philanthropic networks.
  • Program Strategy & Execution:
    • Conceptualize and drive CSR initiatives in the K-12 ecosystem (teacher training, digital infrastructure, leadership & soft skill development, competitive exam awareness, scholarship programs).
    • Align initiatives with national education policy goals and Sustainable Development Goal 4 Quality Education.
  • Monitoring & Impact Measurement:

    • Drive data-driven impact assessment and publish annual CSR impact reports.
  • Brand & Advocacy:
    • Position our organization's K-12 CSR initiatives as a thought leader in the education ecosystem.

  • Experience: 5-7 years in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or development sector, with a strong track record in education-focused initiatives.
  • Network: Established connections with CSR decision-makers, foundations, and government bodies.
  • Skills:
    • Strong fundraising acumen and proposal-writing skills.
    • Ability to align business goals with social impact agendas.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
