The Sales Enablement Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between marketing and sales teams to drive performance and alignment.
As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with both teams to ensure our sales representatives are equipped with the necessary tools, content, and training to close deals effectively.
Responsibilities:- Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain sales content, such as presentations, case studies, and product sheets.
- Training & Onboarding: Develop comprehensive training programs to onboard and continuously upskill the sales team on product knowledge, tools, and best practices.
- Sales Playbooks: Create and update sales playbooks to support representatives with strategies and scripts throughout the sales process.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Foster seamless content alignment and sales strategy by working with sales and marketing teams.
- Tool Management: Oversee and optimize sales enablement tools (e.g., CRM, content management platforms) and train representatives on their use.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and continuously optimize based on feedback.
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing alignment.
- Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g., CRM, content management systems).
- Excellent communication, training, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring sales enablement impact.
