Job Overview:

As a ServiceNow OTM Solution Specialist, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients across India, delivering and configuring ServiceNow's Operational Technology Management (OTM) solution.

This role demands a thorough understanding of the ServiceNow platform, as well as experience working with midserver configuration, CMDB, discovery, and service graph connectors. You should also possess a solid grasp of networking concepts, including DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing midserver configuration, CMDB, discovery, and service graph connectors
  • Configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform
  • Developing ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including data alignment and automated data population
  • Documenting technical details and preparing training materials for project stakeholders
  • Implementing the CSDM framework for operational technology and developing training materials

This role involves close collaboration with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions and representing project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various components
  • Experience working with midserver configuration, CMDB, discovery, and service graph connectors
  • Strong networking skills, including knowledge of DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
