ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant - Operational Technology Expert

  • Job Description:
  • The role involves developing ServiceNow ITOM configuration, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC)
  • Strong knowledge of Networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment, and Industrial control system architecture
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations and Power/Shell scripting
  • Moderate understanding of Database level architecture and ability to write SQL queries
  • Experience with scripting automated processes using Business rule, script action, etc.
