ServiceNow Development Position

A highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow developer is required to design, develop, and implement secure solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development with at least 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of implementing successful Security Operations (SecOps) solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

  • Expertise in ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) module configuration and customization.
  • Knowledge of best practices in IT security, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures.
  • Experience integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow.
  • Strong scripting skills and proficiency in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules.
  • Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users).
  • Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, App Engine).
  • Experience mentoring or leading technical teams.

Key competencies include:

  • Advanced configuration and customization of SecOps workflows.
  • Solution Design Translate business requirements into secure workflows.
