ServiceNow Support Specialist Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, IT service management (ITSM) principles, and general IT operations. They will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the ServiceNow platform, performing routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades to ensure the platform remains stable and operational.

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex ServiceNow platform issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to improve support efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure
  • Familiarity with IT security policies and federal regulations
