Job Summary: Artelus is seeking a skilled Medical Device Sales Professional to join our sales team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales and a solid understanding of ophthalmic diagnostic equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for Artelus solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of OCT and Fundus devices.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, issues, and support, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Work closely with technical support teams to address and resolve any technical issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales with a focus on ophthalmic diagnostic equipment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of OCT and Fundus imaging technology and the ability to communicate technical details effectively.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Attributes: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
