We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Optical Proximity Correction Specialist to lead our Optical Proximity Correction team in the development of advanced models for 300mm wafer fabrication.
About the Role:- Develop and implement innovative OPC solutions to drive business success and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OPC methodologies into our 300mm wafer fab operations.
- Coach, mentor, and enable team members to achieve high-performance goals and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Work with technology transfer partners to understand and adapt OPC best practices for our Dholera fab operations.
- Drive OPC roadmap development and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align OPC strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze performance data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Ensure timely project delivery and meet or exceed project performance requirements.
- Proven leadership experience in Optical Proximity Correction with a strong track record of driving business results.
- Exceptional technical expertise in OPC model development and implementation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
