Optical Proximity Correction Lead

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) models for our 300mm wafer fab in Dholera. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our semiconductor manufacturing process meets the highest standards of precision and accuracy.

  • Your responsibilities include recruiting, training, and enabling team members to develop high-performance OPC models.
  • You will work closely with technology transfer partners to understand and transfer OPC methodology to our Dholera fab.
  • Develop an OPC roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology development, design enablement, and lithography/etch teams.

Additionally, you will assist in performance target analysis, cost optimization, test chip layouts, project performance management, competitor benchmarking, roadmapping, and presenting to senior executives.
