Embedded Non-Volatile Memory (eNVM) Bitcell Designer

We are seeking an experienced eNVM Bitcell Layout Design Engineer to join our team at Tata Electronics.

About the Role:

  • Designing and developing bitcells – the smallest circuit that stores one '0' or '1' inside a memory array.
  • Specialized role focusing on embedded memories such as Flash, MRAM, RRAM, or EEPROM.
  • Collaborating with device and circuit engineers to ensure reliability, yield, and performance at advanced technology nodes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing transistor-level designs for eNVM/Flash/MRAM/EEPROM applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet product requirements and goals.
  • Ensuring high-quality design and test methods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, VLSI, Microelectronics, or Semiconductor Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor memory design.
  • Proven track record of designing and developing reliable bitcells for eNVM/Flash/MRAM/EEPROM applications.
