AEM Developer

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled AEM Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative digital solutions.

About the Role:

  • As an AEM Developer, you will design, build, and deploy AEM solutions aligned with business requirements, leveraging your expertise in Java technologies and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • You will create custom AEM components, templates, and workflows to enhance functionality and user experience, ensuring seamless integration with back-end systems.
  • Your responsibilities will also include writing efficient, reusable, and scalable Java code for AEM implementations, following best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will work together to define AEM architecture, integrations, and deployment strategies that meet business objectives.
  • You will manage, configure, and optimize content authoring and publishing workflows, identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve site performance.
  • In addition, you will conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and ensure adherence to quality standards and security practices.
  • Providing guidance to junior developers and cross-training team members on AEM development best practices is also an important aspect of this role.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ Years of Experience in software development, with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager and Java technologies.
  • Proficient in AEM (v6.5 or later) including components, templates, dialogs, HTL/Sightly, Sling Models, OSGi, workflows, and dispatcher configurations.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, with hands-on experience in building robust and scalable solutions.
  • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React or Angular).
  • Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services and third-party integrations.
  • Proficient with Git and collaborative development practices.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions that are scalable and performant.
  • Capable of articulating technical solutions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
