As a skilled software engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of new platform capabilities and enabling real-time processing, analytics, and structured workflow.Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and building next-generation business applications using cutting-edge technologies.
  • Providing technology solutions that solve complex business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders in Operations through cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Contributing to skill-aligned chapter constructs across our Digital Operations platform.
  • Offering technical expertise and recommendations for software projects and initiatives.
Required skills and qualifications:
  • Java software engineer with 8+ years of experience.
  • Strong skills in Core Java, Collections, and experience with Java 8 features such as Lambda Expressions and Streams.
  • Extensive experience with Spring Framework (Core / Boot / Integration).
  • Good knowledge of design patterns applicable to data streaming.
  • Experience with Apache Flink/Apache Kafka and the ELK stack is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular/JavaScript/React/Redux is also applicable.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like TeamCity/Jenkins, Git/GitHub/GitLab, Docker/containerization technologies, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven track record in an agile SDLC in a large-scale enterprise environment.
