Key Responsibilities :

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements.

- Conduct workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions to identify digital solution needs.

- Analyze business processes and identify automation, integration, or digitization opportunities.

2. Digital Solution Design & Implementation :

- Work with technical teams to design end-to-end digital solutions using modern technologies.

- Prepare solution specifications, workflows, and architecture diagrams.

- Support the configuration, customization, and deployment of digital platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, RPA, cloud-based tools).

3. Data & Insights Management :

- Analyze data trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.

- Work with data engineering teams to ensure proper data integration and analytics.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Act as a liaison between business teams, IT developers, product managers, and third-party vendors.

- Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

5. Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Develop test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Validate solutions against business requirements to ensure accuracy and quality.

6. Continuous Improvement :

- Identify opportunities to enhance digital tools and streamline business processes.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies, automation trends, and digital transformation practices.
