Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Credit Analyst to join our team. As a Credit Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating the creditworthiness of borrowers and mitigating potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft comprehensive credit memos outlining your analysis and recommendations for transactions.
  • Review and analyze loan term sheets to ensure alignment with our investment strategy.
  • Conduct thorough financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential risks, providing expert recommendations to mitigate them.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in credit analysis or underwriting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Exposure to real estate debt is highly desirable.
