Business Development Associate

The Sales and Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through various channels, including internet research, networking, and LinkedIn. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Account Management: Source new sales opportunities through internet research, networking, and LinkedIn, and record lead and manage prospect activity in the CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Completely manage email campaigns, follow-up emails, and feeders, and convert pre-qualified sales leads and generate new business with pre-existing customers.
- Prospecting and Customer Engagement: Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer, and work closely with the management team by managing schedules, preparing proposals, offers, and sales contracts.
- Sales Cycle Management: Follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, coordinate with the technical team and manage the demonstration of solutions to prospects, ensure the closure of the sales cycle, and prepare and manage sales collaterals like brochures, presentations, white papers, email teasers, and ensure that they are always up to date.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of sales experience.
- Education: Any three or four-year degree, preferred a Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Business Administration or a related field with the above-mentioned skills and experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint Presentations, creating collaterals like brochures, presentations, and excellent communication, both verbal and written, and negotiation skills.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM like Zoho CRM, understanding of sales performance metrics, and experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls and targeted emailing.
