Job Description

New Tree HR solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales and growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Client Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while cultivating new relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Business Planning and Development: Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines while working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze sales data and inform marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to develop and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations.
