Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who will oversee the accuracy and transparency of data in finance operations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial data analysis, accounting, and MIS to provide real-time insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing cash flow management and working capital utilization.
  • Monitoring shipments, revenue recognition, and cost allocations for accurate profitability tracking.
  • Ensuring correct data recording and alignment with business and statutory requirements.
  • Implementing internal controls and audit mechanisms to safeguard against data manipulation.

Financial Analysis includes:

  • Developing robust dashboards and reports on shipments, collections, profitability, and cost structures.
  • Driving profitability analysis at shipment, vertical, and entity level, highlighting key variances vs budgets/forecasts.
  • Providing actionable insights to leadership on margin improvement, shipment performance, and cost efficiencies.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting across all financial functions.

Accounting and Compliance involves:

  • Driving financial discipline across invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and internal reporting standards.
  • Liaising with Sales, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure visibility of shipments, receivables, and obligations.
  • Collaborating with business heads to align financial insights with operational realities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience.

- Proven experience in finance operations, MIS, and profitability tracking, preferably in logistics/supply chain-intensive industries.

- Strong MIS and accounting background with expertise in financial data analysis and reporting.

- Advanced skills in Excel, data modeling, ERP systems, and MIS dashboards.

- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to prevent and detect data manipulation.
