Job ObjectiveWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing financial and operational data from various departments and developing interactive dashboards and reports that provide strategic insights. Key Responsibility AreasExecutionDesign, develop, and maintain financial dashboards and visual reporting tools using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Collect and consolidate data from departments including Production, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality Assurance, and Finance. Perform variance analysis, trend identification, and cost analysis to support budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across multiple data sources.

Collaborate with department heads to identify data needs and align on KPIs. Generate periodic financial performance reports and ad-hoc analysis for executive leadership.Recommend process improvements based on data insights to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain data security and ensure compliance with defense industry regulations and data handling protocols.

QualificationMin. qualification required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. Relevant ExperienceMin.

no. of years of relevant experience required3 years of experience in financial/data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or defense-related industry. Knowledge and Skills Required Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and database query tools (SQL) preferred. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a strategic mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
