  • About the Role
  • Work directly with portfolio managers, risk managers, analysts, and CIOs from top hedge funds and asset managers
  • Analyze portfolios to uncover alpha, beta, and idiosyncratic drivers
  • Design and validate analytics that solve real institutional workflows
  • Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that shape product and investment decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institution with a minimum GPA of 8.7/10 (or equivalent)
  • 2–4 years of experience in front-office finance (IB, hedge fund, asset management)
  • Top 5% performer – academically in your graduating class and/or professionally among peers
  • Strong math and stats background
  • Deep investment fluency; elite analytical, modeling, and communication abilities
  • Precision, ownership, and comfort operating with senior stakeholders
  • CFA, FRM, MBA, or coding skills (Python/R) are strong pluses
