Job Overview

We are seeking a professional to lead our testing team and ensure the quality of our digital onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute testing strategies to validate the end-to-end process covering authentication policy, CDD KYC, Risk, Credit, and Fraud handling.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps in current processes and implement automation where possible.
  • Ensure that testing procedures are efficient and effective, minimizing multiple handoffs and digitizing processes wherever possible.
  • Analyze test results and defects raised, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, providing walkthroughs and demos as necessary.
  • Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA, ADO, Confluence, etc. to manage work plans and track progress.
  • Closure of UAT bugs and re-test where applicable.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge and experience of using Agile tools such as JIRA, ADO, Confluence, etc.
