About Us

At our company, we are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Relationship Manager.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of NRI clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.

This involves providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance and investment options.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to maintain proactive communication with clients through regular calls, emails and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NRI clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance and investment options.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients through regular calls, emails and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients.
  • Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
