Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients on a regular basis to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide timely and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in ideation meetings with internal teams and clients to develop innovative strategies that drive business growth.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to ensure seamless execution of projects and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Identify new business opportunities through client referrals and cultivate a solid relationship with clients by providing exceptional communication and prompt service.
  • Maintain accurate records of existing and potential clients, including contract details and ongoing projects.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, energy, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets. A graduate degree from any discipline is required, and specific degrees such as MBA in Marketing or Advertising and Communications or Media will be an added advantage. Experience in client servicing is also essential, with 2-4 years of experience in an advertising agency being preferred.
