Job Opportunity: Engagement Lead

We are seeking a driven professional to join our organization as an Engagement Lead. This role is responsible for engaging with organizations identified for software misuse, building persuasive conversations, and converting them into licensed customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with clients identified in compliance investigations, persuading them to purchase valid licenses.
  • Manage compliance and piracy campaigns from initial notification through resolution.
  • Analyze and process case data for CRM updates, reporting, and follow-up actions.
  • Generate and qualify leads to support ongoing campaign engagement.
  • Document outcomes and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

  • You have 1+ year of experience in sales, customer engagement, or similar persuasion-driven roles.
  • You have proven ability to meet goals in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
  • You possess proficiency in English with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • You are familiar with omni-channel outreach (calls, email, video conferencing).
  • You have strong organizational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • You demonstrate resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejection.
