Senior Product Designer Role

About the Position

We're looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our fan-facing experiences. You'll be responsible for taking ideas from concept to launch, setting high standards for visual quality, and creating systems that keep our products consistent and scalable.

This role involves hands-on and strategic work, requiring you to design high-impact features yourself while guiding our visual approach and mentoring other designers.

  • Design end-to-end for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new fan engagement platforms.
  • Define visual direction for our products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and brand-aligned.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you should have 4+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in media, sports, or other high-traffic consumer platforms. Your portfolio should showcase both top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.

  • Craft Skills: Mastery of Figma and relevant prototyping tools, with strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership: Experience mentoring designers and advocating for design excellence within a team or company.
