Job Title: Advertising Sales Leader
Key Drivers:- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow advertising sales revenue from corporate customers across various media platforms.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key advertising agencies, driving business growth through effective partnerships.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for on-screen and off-screen branding, display, brand solutions, and activation/integration innovations.
- Promote the cinema advertising medium as a preferred venue for corporates to host private screenings, product launches, channel partner meets, seminars, training sessions, school excursions, and office parties.
- Results-driven advertising and media sales professional with 15 years of experience in corporate ad-sales and business development.
- Proven track record of generating annual revenues exceeding INR 25 crores.
- Excellent connections with media agencies, enabling effective partnership-building and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in advertising and media sales, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the advertising industry, including market trends and client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
