We are seeking a seasoned Quality Management Specialist to lead our quality assurance efforts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement across all operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with experience in overseeing quality assurance activities, managing documentation and inspection processes, and implementing strategies to improve overall quality standards.

  • Develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with relevant certification requirements.
  • Lead the quality assurance team in conducting inspections, testing, and audits to ensure product compliance with specifications.
  • Manage documentation processes related to quality procedures, reports, and certification requirements.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify quality issues and implement effective corrective measures.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and report on performance, trends, and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management or quality assurance, preferably in the manufacturing or sheet metal industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Proven experience in managing documentation and inspection processes.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to drive quality initiatives across teams.
