We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Head to lead our quality management efforts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and continuous improvement in our quality processes.

Position Overview: The Quality Head will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance activities within the organization. This role involves ensuring compliance with EN CL1) standards, managing documentation and inspection processes, and implementing strategies to improve overall quality standards across all operations.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with EN CL1) certification requirements.

Lead the quality assurance team in conducting inspections, testing, and audits to ensure product compliance with specifications.

Manage documentation processes related to quality procedures, reports, and certification requirements.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify quality issues and implement effective corrective measures.

Conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans to resolve quality-related issues.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and report on performance, trends, and improvements.

Conduct training and workshops for employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in quality management practices.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management or quality assurance, preferably in the manufacturing or sheet metal industry.

Strong knowledge of EN CL1) certification requirements and quality management systems.

Proven experience in managing documentation and inspection processes.

Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to drive quality initiatives across teams.
