Construction Quality Assurance Manager

The primary role of this position is to ensure the highest quality standards in construction projects. As a Construction Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control measures that meet or exceed industry benchmarks.

Job Description
  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including records of testing and inspection results.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of quality control measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in construction quality assurance, preferably in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality control measures that result in improved project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
