Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to lead our QA team. This role involves ensuring the overall quality of our applications, data, and development processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management and refinement of our software QA practices, defining and reporting on key quality metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee all system data and application features meet the highest standards.

About the Team:

The Quality Assurance Lead will manage a team of QA Engineers who focus on building test cases and automating QA workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the QA strategy aligned with business and engineering goals.
  • Establish quality standards, KPIs, and metrics: Create and maintain robust QA processes, including test planning, execution, automation, and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the overall quality of our products.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
