Job Title: Food Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our food quality assurance team. As a Food Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products from raw materials to finished goods.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in quality control, preferably in the food industry. They will possess a strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality control methods, and industry certifications. Our ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control systems, policies, and procedures for regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure quality standards are met through regular audits, inspections, and testing.

Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control methods, and industry certifications.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
