As the General Manager – Quality (Woven) , you will spearhead the quality management function across woven garment manufacturing operations. You will take ownership of quality assurance processes, systems, and audits, with a strong focus on buyer SOP adherence and continuous improvement in woven and denim categories.

Lead and oversee the entire quality control and assurance function for woven garments.

Ensure 100% adherence to global buyer standards, quality manuals, and SOPs .

Implement robust quality systems and defect prevention strategies .

Analyze root causes of quality deviations and implement preventive measures.

Train, coach, and develop the quality team to uphold high-performance standards.

Liaise with production, merchandising, and technical teams for smooth execution.

Engage in regular buyer audits and ensure high AQL pass rates across styles.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Textile Technology, Garment Manufacturing, or a relevant discipline.

~10+ years of quality experience in woven apparel, with a strong background in denim or woven garments (minimum 75%) .

~ Minimum 5 years in a senior managerial or GM-level quality leadership role.

~ In-depth knowledge of woven garment construction, finishing, and global quality benchmarks.

~ Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving capabilities.

~ Strong communication and buyer handling experience.
