Lead Quality Assurance and Site Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced quality assurance professional to lead our QA team and drive continuous improvement. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have 16-20 years of experience in sterile/injectable manufacturing at a USFDA-compliant facility. They will be responsible for leading and mentoring the QA team, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards, and maintaining audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the QA team to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards (USFDA, EU GMP, etc.)
  • Maintain audit readiness and lead CAPA implementation
  • Oversee timely and compliant batch release
  • Investigate market complaints using root cause analysis (RCA), and implement effective actions
  • Supervise validation and qualification activities for systems and equipment

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • At least 16-20 years of experience in QA within sterile/injectable pharma (USFDA approved setups)
  • Strong understanding of IPQA, cGMP, inspections, CAPA, and validation protocols
