Formpack is a quality-focused, design-led manufacturer of custom plastic components for the automotive, industrial, and energy sectors.

We're looking for an experienced Senior QA Manager to lead our quality systems, drive process improvements, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all quality assurance activities across production stages
  • Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Lead internal audits, root cause analysis & CAPA
  • Build and train a strong QA/QC team
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers on quality related topics

Requirements:

  • 5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing (plastics preferred)
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, audits, and documentation
  • Hands-on knowledge of measuring instruments, tools, and inspection processes
  • Experience with ISO implementation and team leadership

Location: On-site, Umergaon, Gujarat
