Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Company: Siddhi Group (Siddhi Engineers & Samruddhi Engineering)

Location: Vadsar, Gujarat (Nearby locality preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function for tubular products.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and statutory regulations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, CAPA, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP, and 8D problem-solving.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues in production and supplier processes.
  • Oversee inspection, testing, and validation of products.
  • Lead internal and external audits.
  • Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: B.E. Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 5–10 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in manufacturing or engineering industries (tubular products experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO/AS standards, quality tools, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work with suppliers and customers to ensure quality expectations are met.
