- Partner with recruiters globally to understand hiring goals and translate them into compelling employer brand initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to develop engaging, on-brand recruitment campaigns across digital and social channels.
- Utilize AI tools to ideate, draft, and scale content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Curate and amplify employee stories, culture content, and thought leadership across platforms like Instagram and career sites.
- Build and support internal communications, including employee referral campaigns and culture engagement initiatives.
The successful candidate will have:
- Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop, as well as AI-driven design agents to scale creative assets.
- Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field within talent acquisition or communications.
- A social media mindset with a knack for creating content that drives engagement and builds community across platforms.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn business needs into engaging, people-first messaging.
- A strategic mindset paired with a creative, out-of-the-box approach, thriving in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and recruiting teams across global time zones.
