Job Overview

As a Luxury Boutique Operations Lead, you will be responsible for driving the overall success of our boutique while upholding luxury standards in every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the boutique to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strong sales leadership and team management.
  • Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to grow revenue by enhancing the client experience.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion, ticket size, client acquisition, and repeat clients, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Ensure every client interaction reflects luxury brand values and ethos by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Build a culture of personalized clienteling and post-sale follow-up to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Organize and host private client events, previews, and activations to enhance the client experience and drive sales.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining impeccable grooming, etiquette, and storytelling standards to promote the luxury brand.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor client advisors, assistants, and support staff to ensure a motivated and high-performing team.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, conduct product knowledge and service training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock movement, and safe-room protocols to ensure seamless operations and optimal stock levels.
  • Authorise stock in/out, sales invoices, and client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate audits and compliance with security and safe-room teams to maintain a secure and trustworthy environment.
  • Ensure daily completion of bank deposits and card settlements, excluding bank holidays, to maintain efficient financial processes.
  • Maintain boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and ambience to luxury standards, ensuring a consistent and engaging client experience.
  • Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to client service, security, and operational processes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with HR, finance, and incentive policies to maintain a fair and motivating work environment.
